ComReli is part of an alliance of communications professionals operating throughout the United States. Through our partnerships we are able to provide an extensive line of products. We provide Routine and Emergency Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For Emergency Services, a qualified service technician is dispatched to the customer’s site and responds within 2 hours. Routine service calls are handled within 24 hours of receipt, 8AM- 5PM on regular workdays. We take pride in our ability to provide excellent customer service to our clientele; thus, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Maintenance options through our partnership with CRI of Alabama include the following:

Full System Maintenance

Covers all System components including Multi-line Telephone Sets. This coverage also includes Peripheral equipment such as CSUs, System Administration Terminal and Printer.

Frame Only Maintenance

Covers all System components with the exception of the Multi-line Telephone Sets. This coverage also includes Peripheral equipment such as CSUs, System Administration Terminal and Printer.

Second Level Support

Covers core components only with software support. Maintenance calls outside of core components and software issues are billable at standard rates. Peripheral equipment such as CSUs, System Administration Terminal and Printer are not covered.
